Job tasks:

  • Manage all office correspondence and communication
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff
  • Provide logistics support for conferences and meetings
  • Office and facility management and maintenance
  • Public relations tasks (answering the phone, welcoming guests, accommodating visitor needs, etc.)

Specific Requirements

  • At least 2 years of office management experience within an international atmosphere
  • Fluent in Dutch AND English
  • Based currently in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
