What you will be doing

 

In this multi-faceted role, you will blend use of your analytic, technical, and interpersonal skills to engage in a mix of client-facing activities from pre-sale to configuration, implementation, and post-project hand-off. You will deliver solutions on-premise and via SaaS environments for enterprises across the United Kingdom, Europe and other parts of the world.  You will:

·         Participate in all phases of the software delivery life cycle from planning through configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, training, and support

·         Demonstrate Innovative's solutions and provide technical expertise to potential clients during the presales phase and as needed

·         Develop and conduct proof of concepts (POCs)

·         Perform customization analysis and develop configuration recommendations to ensure meeting client needs

·         Implement Innovative’ s software products on premise, remotely, or via hosted / SaaS environment

·         Use batch processes to integrate Innovative products into client processes

·         Use software application programming to integrate Innovative products into client systems as needed

·         Perform testing and ensure conformance to Innovative high quality standards

·         Use effective project management and project tracking tools and techniques to keep the project timelines, client expectations, issues, and scope under control

·         Keep clients informed throughout the all phases of the project

·         Provide proactive and ongoing communication to clients throughout all phases of the project; communicate and escalate issues as needed to appropriate internal stakeholders and leadership

·         Share client insights to help drive better understanding of issues, bugs, and to help improve and define our next generation of products.

·         Communicate and treat clients in a manner that aligns with the ethics and values of Innovative and results in continuous superior customer satisfaction

·         Take personal ownership and pride in delivering quality work always

It’s a plus if you have

·         Prior client-facing technical consultancy experience with software data management, data analytics, master data management, and/or risk/compliance solutions

·         Knowledge or experience in the risk/compliance domain, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, solutions or software

·         Prior experience in banking or financial services

·         Experience with SWIFT, SEPA and UK payment schemes

·         PMP, Prince2, PMI certification

·         Multilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, etc. are highly desired!
