Bilingual Account Manager - French speaking with fluent Spanish Or Italian

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an inside sales executive with English and French language skills to manage daily relationship with B to B clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual professional with solid previous experience in B to B customer service, sales administration, inside sales, account management or order processing to join world-renowned company with prestigious clients globally.

English to Native level is essential for this role. Fluency in French with Spanish or Italian desired

 

Main Duties:

  • Provide first-rate account management while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Handle client’s queries and quote requests in a timely manner
  • Process orders and follow-up on all delivery issues
  • Effectively communicate with other internal departments, i.e. technical support, inside sales, credit control, logistics to ensure on-time delivery
  • Process return queries, warranties and refunds where needed
  • Confirm orders and communicate with suppliers
  • Work as part of a lively international sales team, and support the sales effort

Specific Requirements

This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in customer service, sales support, order processing and account management. For this role the company also considers bilingual applicants with experience in inside sales, inbound sales, client relationship management.

Additional:

  • English as well as fluency in French
  • Additional Spanish OR Italian is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering industry preferable
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to provide great customer service / sales support
