Inbound Sales Executive w/ Native level of French

Our client is a leading European business in communication services, providing their clients with an interesting, fast, reliable and cost-effective way of keeping in touch with their customers and staff. They are creative in their way of approaching and keeping in touch with customers all over the world. It is a young, innovative company with offices in several European countries.

 

 Main Responsibilities

-         Handling web leads, inbound calls, enquiries and generating additional revenue via phone and email

-         Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators

-         Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively

-         Up-selling to new customers to find additional opportunities

-         Proactively handling all sales enquiries to maximize customer retention

-         Have an understanding of the customer buying process

-         Overcoming objections

-         Working through the entire selling process including qualification, questioning, negotiating and closing deals

-         Successfully convert new leads into customers

-         Maintaining up to date records on the company’s CRM system (SalesForce.com/Hubspot CRM)

-         Ensure the customer journey is as smooth as possible from trialing our services to buying them

-         Executing appropriate company sales strategy to help/achieve the monthly sales targets

-         Proactively generating, qualifying and closing existing business opportunities

-         Managing Sales and Support enquiries (Email/Phone/Online Chat)

-         Identifying and cross-selling opportunities to help deliver new products and services

Specific Requirements

-         Minimum 2 years of inbound/inside sales experience in a B2B environment

-         Self-motivated and target orientated

-         Strong communication/negotiation skills

-         Professional/consultative style

-         Excellent commercial acumen

-         Logical thinker

-         Demonstrable track record of sales success

-         Solid influencing and negotiation skills

-         Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

-         Results-driven and target focused

-         Experience of using a CRM system is preferred

-         Consultative Selling Methodology (Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling) is preferred
