Our client, located in the greater Alkmaar region, is currently looking for an Internal Account Manager to help and grow overseas markets. You are the type that loves to call and engage potential clients and leads: what’s not there, you can create! You will become part of an innovative manufacturing company, which provides high-end technical solution products in preventing healthcare issues across several industries.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching targets to make sure you realize an optimal sales result.
  • Researching and identifying new markets by generating new leads
  • Building strong relationship with the client and ensuring to keep the relationship optimal and you can pinpoint the needs of the client on the phone without issues
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of new and existing products, to handle all technical requirements and provide first-class support
  • Working independently and proactively as well as corruptively with the sales team

 

Profile:

  • Fluent English both written and spoken (C2 level). Additional another EU language (preferably German, French or Spanish, also on C2 level), both written and spoken is mandatory
  • Previous experience working as an Inside Sales (B2B), Customer Service Agent or with volume/cold calling is needed, minimum 6 months
  • Self-starting, independent and ambitious
  • Living in the greater Alkmaar region
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Interest in the technical sector is a big plus

Specific Requirements

-       In order to succeed it is essential that you are motivated and devoted to get the best sales result possible ever on a daily basis. This means you are not scared to pick up the phone and start calling of course.

-   This position will allow you to develop your sales skills, as the first months will be cold calling, which your diligence and motivation skills will be needed to succeed.

-   You will receive a great training program for you to learn all systems and gain technical knowledge that you need to be successful.

We offer

Salary: €30000 - €34000 per annum
