Partner Success Manager

Description

Aklamio is looking for a mid-level Partner Success Manager that with a knack for technology and Key Account Management will help us to build and strengthen ongoing relationships with our enterprise partners.

YOUR MISSION

 

  • Continuously work on optimising the program for our partners, while understanding the partner needs and requirements, develop a strategy and derive measures from it
  • Development of relationships, cross-department collaboration, budget calculations, reporting, and controlling are your daily business
  • Support our partners with your expertise starting from the integration of our solutions up to resolving issues and problems they are facing
  • Expand the relationship with existing partners by proposing the best fitting solutions  
  • Act as an interface between customers, internal contacts, and external service providers, keeping track of all essential project tasks
  • Contribute with your ideas to make processes more effective and to save resources

 

Specific Requirements

YOUR SKILLS

  • Big fan of the internet and (digital) technologies with a hands-on mentality
  • 3+ years of professional experience in customer consulting, maintenance, and development of key accounts in the digital economy, preferably in the B2B segment
  • You have gained experience in online marketing, and you have a deep understanding of a wide range of online performance indicators and an analytical mindset
  • Strong consulting and sales expertise as well as pleasure in upselling services in the field of digital marketing
  • Excellent in customer communication and the preparation of presentations
  • Native level of German and excellent English knowledge is a must, any other language skills are beneficial, Italian is considered a big plus
