Trilingual Customer Service Specialist speaking French as well as either Spanish or Italian

 

Key Duties:

- Receive incoming calls from international customers; recording orders and activity in the database

- Provide basic technical support

- Managing live Chat requests

- Managing logistical issues

- Product training

Specific Requirements

-      Trilingual Customer Service Specialist speaking French as well as either Spanish or Italian - to apply you will have:

-       Fluency in French as well as either Spanish or Italian and the English language (written & spoken)

-       Previous experience or internship (at least 9 months) in Customer Service or client support or similar

-       Great relationship building skills

-       A consultative telephone approach (non aggressive)

-      Strong attention to details

-   At least 1 year experience in a customer service role
