Description

One of our clients, with beautiful office location in the city centre of Maastricht, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and international team!

Do you have experience in a customer facing role? Are you fluent in both Swedish and English? If your answer is yes and yes - You might be just the person we are looking for!

In this role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact between the brand and the customer
  • Assist customers through multiple channels (phone-emails-social media)
  • Receive, register, manage all incoming service/ support calls from clients
  • Contribute to the development of the customer engagement centre

 

Specific Requirements

  • (near) Native fluency in both Swedish AND English
  • Bachelor 's degree or HBO strongly preferred
  • Relevant work experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Proactive and service minded attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
