The Digital Marketing Advisor will support the Evernorth business segment and serve as the Business Product Owner (BPO) for Evernorth.com and be responsible for continually improving the user experience and content to increase client and prospect conversions, engagements, and sales growth goals. The role will create a website strategy and implement the cross-functional roadmap in close partnership with Technology, Sale and Account Management, Brand, Communications, and other Marketing partners.

Success in this role will rely on:

  • Understanding how all digital touchpoints (social media, paid campaigns, emails, etc.) can impact the user experience
  • Being able to pull together a fragmented measurement landscape across multiple digital tools (Adobe Analytics, Marketo, etc.) and partners to tie the website performance to sales results and make data-driven decisions
  • Leading through influence as a subject matter expert on all things digital
  • Being a self-directed, proactive individual who is able to develop trusted relationships in a highly-matrixed, cross-functional organization
  • Being comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner and stakeholder with the Business to develop the website roadmap that will deliver on business priorities, digital best practices, and overall website enhancements
  • Partner with Technology (Experience Design and Engineering) to implement the website roadmap by gathering business requirements, briefing the teams and managing reviews with Business stakeholders
  • Partner with the Technology Product Owner (TPO) to manage the Evernorth.com project backlog to execute on projects and prioritize work, based on the business needs
  • In partnership with the digital brand team and an external agency, manage and execute the SEO strategy to drive leads and applications via keyword discovery and utilization, content and page development, copywriting, metatags, page titles, URLs, linking strategy, and site indexing for SEO
  • Manage the Business website governance process, which includes monthly, quarterly and annual meetings to report website performance metrics, provide visibility to roadmap progress and gain alignment on upcoming work, as needed
  • Own coordination and dissemination of website metrics on a regular basis by partnering with data set owners to gather data and uncover insights that will influence the website roadmap and other optimization opportunities
  • Serve as the point of contact for all things Evernorth.com. This includes managing the business project intake process, implementing the business learning agenda, and being a Business resource for all things digital

Specific Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or Master’s Degree a plus
  • 8+ years of relevant, strategic experience
  • Digital marketing experience on a B2B, analytically-driven marketing team preferred
  • Experience in developing and executing against integrated marketing plans
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience preferred; Drupal a plus
  • Experience with marketing analytic and digital testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Analytics a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
    • Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
    • Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment
  • Ability to foster collaboration and value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence
  • Excellent attention to detail

Health care experience a plus, but not required

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
