Description

A powerful narrative, when combined with the right medium, can inspire the target audience to identify with a company’s mission and values. We are looking for such a storyteller to create content strategies, and translate key HR and business topics into attractive copies. This position is based in Berlin, and will work with our international marketing and HR teams.

 

In this role, you will be tasked to create content tailored to our intended audience, whilst adhering to our corporate marketing guidelines on style and tone of voice. If you are passionate about employer brand positioning, and adept in the myriad forms of online and social media platforms, this could be an exciting opportunity.

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with stakeholders and interpret their briefs
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the COE team
  • Present ideas to the stakeholders for approval and development
  • Write clear, persuasive, original copy through the various iterations of the project
  • Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
  • Amend, revise or redevelop adverts, campaigns and other content in response to feedback from the stakeholders or COE team
  • Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion
  • Deliver content for campaigns within the agreed deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Native level proficiency in English with demonstrated ability to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar
  • Strong organizational and proofreading skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience
  • Ability to reflect written copy into illustrations is advantageous
  • At least 1-3 years in a similar role
  • Preferred education in Creative Advertising, Journalism, Communication or similar fields
