We are recruiting for someone to join our existing telemarketing team to make outbound telephone calls to businesses on behalf our clients to generate sales leads & appointments, capture account profiling information and raise awareness of their services.
Often the calls are part of a wider, integrated marketing campaign being run for the client.
The successful candidate will join a business with a structured staff development programme:

Hours of work are 8.45 17.00, Monday-Thursday, and 8.45 16.00 on Friday.
This role is based in central Southend at our offices at the University of Essex, joining an existing team of c15 people.
However, initially the role will be home based for 4-6 weeks, so will need to have a good internet connection and access to a laptop or PC to work from well sort the rest of the technology.
Business Development or Telemarketing experience is desirable as the ability to engage and interact with people on the phone is vital.
This is not a call-centre environment, so whilst naturally you will be expected to work hard and deliver results, you will be working as the key new business development person for several of Beanstalks clients.
Full training, support and mentoring are provided.
There is a genuine opportunity for career progression into an Account Management role within 12 months.

Basic starting salary of £20k+, plus monthly performance bonus, plus opportunity to develop into an Account Management role where your Year 2 OTE would be £40k+.
