Description

The ideal candidate will have 7–9 years of previous experience in digital marketing with a track record of developing people, delivering results, and earning trust and investment from key executive-level stakeholders.

To get credit, you will need to be excellent at reporting and internal communications. Success in this role depends on your ability to accurately and reliably understand company objectives, succeed within the budgetary and structural constraints at play, and convey results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee digital strategy creation, management, and optimization for all company divisions
  • Generate and convert leads with verified attribution
  • Identify and manage strategic vendors and resources
  • Build relationships with key company stakeholders, department heads, and executive leadership
  • Optimize programs for paid and organic search and ABM programs
  • Oversee localization of campaigns and programs for other regions, countries, and markets
  • Foster development of digital marketing professionals within the team

Responsibilities

  • 7–9 years of previous experience in a digital marketing role, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity 
  • Strong preference for candidates experienced in a B2B or agency environment
  • Experience working across the martech stack (CRM, ABM, automation, BI, etc.)
  • Must be able to demonstrate quantifiable success in previous digital marketing efforts
  • Must be able to show track record of developing personnel
  • Exceptional project management and resource/vendor coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent strategies across different verticals and channels
  • High-level communication (written and verbal) skills in English
  • Travel – 10%

 

Education/Certification:  

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with preference for marketing, communications, or other relevant fields
  • Relevant advanced degrees preferred but not mandatory
