Description

We are currently looking for a French Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service Team based in our Barcelona’s office.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

  • Managing national and international customer queries and complaints.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing return or change orders.
  • Escalate complaints across our communication channels.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Maintaining an empathetic, professional, and positive attitude toward customers.
  • Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
  • Knowing our products inside and out to make sure the answers are matching with our reality.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Specific Requirements

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • High school diploma
  • Experience working with Customer Service support.
  • Native French speaker
  • Fluent English and Spanish speaker
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to remain calm in front of customer’s frustrations.
