Description

We are looking for a pioneering, innovative Transcreation Account Manager to further inspire our clients and agency partners to deliver the marketing campaign of tomorrow and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Senior Account Manager and Account Director  with various projects by following the approved processes, making sure projects are delivered by the agreed target date and by ensuring that the final material delivered is of a high quality
  • Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and Agencies)
  • Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
  • Manage client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
  • Follow agreed workflows and utilise relevant project management tools - FIDO, ZONZA, Wordbee etc.
  • Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays etc.
  • Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients
  • Ensure schedules, technical specs and copy dates are obtained and correct, report any delays to STAM/AD
  • Check all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients
  • Keep STAM/AD updated on status of projects
  • Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
  • Manage FIDO/Zonza
  • Help to organise, attend (if required) and minute meetings
  • Manage your workload effectively and highlight to your Line Manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a project
  • Supporting the Terminologist to update and maintain the glossary as well as the translation memory on a project-by-project basis
  • Working with the Talent Manager to source talent and update profiles and information on Wordbee
  • Developing strong relationships with local market copywriters and proofreaders
  • Working with the wider team to provide constructive feedback to the local talent at the end of each project
  • Provide administrative support to team as required

Responsibilities

Essential Experience & Skills Required:

  • Experience in localisation and TV/video adaptation is essential
  • Experience of creative agency environment is highly desirable 
  • A Marketing or Translation, Journalism, Literature or Language-based degree
  • Dynamic and open-minded
  • Ability to prioritise your workload efficiently, skillful at managing up - knowing when to update, when to be proactive, when to raise concerns
  • Be a great energy in the team, able to motivate and keep everyone calm with a positive, can-do attitude
