  • *****This role can be based in Kirkland or Toronto*****
  • - Quickly and effectively engage and win developed leads passed through from direct sales teams to market sources
  • - Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding net new business opportunities in your region
  • - Apply an in-depth understanding of sales methodology to address complex and strategic service solutions, project and procurement opportunities
  • - Either alone or working collaboratively with other sales, present Ricoh's IT Solutions and Services to potential clients
  • - Recommend and provide the client with the right IT solution for their evolving business requirements and/or needs
  • - Work with sales and management resources to achieve and exceed targets in selling IT Solutions and Services to new prospects
  • - Represent Ricoh IT Services when required to present at Go to Market events
  • - Provide thorough insight into the financial results and forecast of sales of strategic and complex services, project and procurement services.
  • - In collaboration with marketing resources, develop and support Go to Market campaigns
  • - Continually cultivate a deep understanding of technology services and trends.

Responsibilities

  • - 5 -10 year of sales experience with 3-5 years selling in the Managed IT Services and IT Project Services industry
  • - Desire and passion for sales/business development in the Toronto market
  • - High level of business acumen, in order to have "business discussions with business people."
  • - Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to investigate, understand and communicate business outcomes in relation to technology decisions in the areas of -- Managed Services, Networking, IT Security, Strategy, Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions and Procurement.
    - Experience using LinkedIn as networking and business development platform
