This is a remote position based within the United States with 5% travel.

• - Manages day-to-day administrative tasks for the VP of Community Impact

• - Plans, manages and tracks calendar, meetings and events for VP of Community Impact- must be comfortable working in multiple time zones

• - Representing the VP and Community Impact Team by building and sustaining positive relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders

• - Assists in the creation and tracking of all promotional material and content

• - Monitors and tracks budget

• - Arranges travel and reservations as needed

• - Project support or ownership as directed by VP of Community Impact

• - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

• - Minimum of 2 years experience with data entry, scheduling, administrative work or other relevant experience in a highly detail-oriented capacity

• - Must be able to plan and organize tasks and appointments with competing levels of urgency and importance

• - Must be able to work professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels throughout multiple organizations.
