Sales and Forecasting Consulting Specialist

Description

You will work with data related to sales figures and budgets, integrated through Point of Sales- and Customer Counter solutions. You will help customers optimize their floor planning through forecasting and sales expectations. If a Sales and Forecasting case cannot be solved up front, you will be responsible for analyzing needs, planning, and executing solutions together with relevant stakeholders within Customer support and the Product team. Further, you map out requirements from customers related this area and provide internal support across all Customer Services departments. You are a key player for success within this area – both for the team and customers. Furthermore, you will:
  • Take ownership of all Sales & Forecasting cases which cannot be solved by the 1st level support and Customer Success Management; we need your specialist view! 
  • Smoothen out process and decrease challenges in customer support for Sales & Forecasting related matters
  • Be the primary link between Customer support & Product team on all Sales and Forecasting related matters
You will not have a specific portfolio but instead being responsible for the setup the solution, mapping out demands to integrations, and creating the best possible packages to all our customers.   

Responsibilities

You have a professional and structured approach and take responsibility. You can work independently, as you will be lead on this role and have to be able to tackle your responsibilities and areas of expertise yourself. You are outgoing, and you master stakeholder management at all levels in the organization. Since you will need to target your message to the specific customer in question, good communication is key. As a person you are trustworthy, and you thrive when you transcend the regular customer relations and instead reach a long-term collaboration. Furthermore, it is important that you meet the following requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the role, preferably from retail
  • You have impeccable skills in written and oral Danish and English  
You have an understanding of how Sales drivers and forecasting works, but besides that we are open towards a person with the right skills- and mindset.
