Translation Project Manager Assistant

Description

· Receive, manage, track, and deliver language and translation projects 
· Manage glossaries, style guides and translation memories 
· Analyze client requirements & manage projects in accordance with strict QC 
· Prioritize and schedule translation assignments 
· Resource, scout, work closely with, and motivate translators, reviewers, interpreters 
· Build and maintain successful relationships with clients 
· Update invoicing data of clients and collaborators in our TMS 

Responsibilities

· Translation/Humanistic/Scientific Degree 
· Native/bilingual in English and in Italian (proficiency in multiple languages is a plus) 
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
· Tech savvy 
· Knowledge of CAT tools and project management software 
· Ability to multitask, set priorities, and coordinate complex projects 
· Problem solving skills 
· Strong time management skills
· Ability to manage stress 
· Accuracy and precision manic 
· Career oriented 
· Preferably non-smoker
