Description

  • meet regularly key clients in Hong Kong, mostly existing global clients that we serve in shopfitting
  • Be in constant relation with Merchandising and Marketing contacts at the client, in Hong Kong and in the region, to understand and satisfy their requirements, current and future. Visit the customer regularly.
  • Handle full store, pop up, visual merchandising projects, always ensuring that timeline and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with factory in China. Foster strong relationship with the team there.
  • Report precisely project advancement to Management and other stakeholders.
  • Understand client’s brand and environment in order to pro-actively propose solutions.
  • When the pandemic restrictions are over, this role will require occasional travel to factory in China and occasional visit to neighboring countries when project so requires.

Responsibilities

You are independent with an entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to foster excellent relationships with your clients. Organized, you pay attention to details and like to oversee your projects from A to Z. You are comfortable working on your own and very client focused.
  • Education: Bachelor or above
  • English fluent
  • Mandarin preferred
Candidate must have experience in Shopfitting, visual merchandising or interior design project management.
