Work with the Product and Engineering teams to plan the product Releases looking ahead at least one quarter

Own the Release calendar, keeping the statuses up to date across all disciplines, and informing stakeholders of progress

Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and meeting all quality expectations

Communicate all key plans and commitments, requirements and scope changes, and schedules to stakeholders

Work to continually improve the Release Lifecycle, adding or removing steps where necessary to ensure smooth Release deliveries

Coordinate with the North American team to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration between the Product and Engineering teams

You’re amazing at coordinating people and processes and working across different teams  

You have min 2 years previous experience in project/release management, working with multiple stakeholders including product managers and engineering teams

You demonstrate a high level of organisational, planning, and time management skills

Goes without saying, you’re an excellent communicator and influencer

You're super detail-oriented - efficiency and process is your bag

You have an uncanny ability to identify inefficiencies in a process and deliver solutions
