Description

  • Plan and execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy
  • Provide qualified feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process
  • Attract candidates through multiple channels and methods including developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
  • Evaluate applications, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates on our company’s hiring road-map
  • Manage the hiring practice from first contact, phone or online / onsite interviews all the way through until onboarding
  • Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs
  • Analyze hiring effectiveness per used channels/tools and propose improved strategies for added improvement

Responsibilities

·      Min. 2 years of end to end recruiting experience is mandatory
·      Direct experience recruiting across the BPO / contact centers industry with a focus on multilingual sourcing is essential
·      Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
·      Fluent in English - mandatory
·      Solid expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
·      Ability to make things happen in a team and also independently is key
·      Robust sourcing skills with first hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
·      Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented.
·      Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment
