Description
- Identify and resolve quality issues in planning, design, and execution for the product and processes
- Execute test cases and test plan, report issues found and verify fixed
- Demonstrate proactive & effective communication with cross functional teams
- Assist with service release coordination
- Conduct testing on all web and mobile products for all applicable platforms utilizing system analysis and procedures
Responsibilities

7+ Years of QA Experience

Manual and automation testing experience

Experience executing test cases and creating test plans and reports

Experience using various test tools to troubleshoot and analyze issues

Experience with video streaming technology

Experience with API testing
-
Experience with DB (MySQL and PostgreSQL)

Strong communication skills to build relations and work across teams

Bilingual in Korean
-
Experience working in an agile development process
