Provide strategic advice for business investment decisions
Analyse business trends and past results against plans and advise management on how performance can be further improved and new growth opportunities quickly conquered
Provide financial and nonfinancial information to the Sales, Marketing, Partnership and Customer Success teams in order to deliver amazing value to our customers.
Set up a Global Cash planning process, front facing to our banks and implement the hedging strategy.
Proactively identify potential regulatory issues, and translate these into actionable & efficient solutions
Working cross-functionally with both the Finance and business teams on day-to-day accounting needs

Responsibilities

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
5+ years of Finance experience at Big 4 (Consulting, Corporate Finance or Audit)
Previous experience in forecasting, planning, financial analysis, and financial modeling with relevant work experience as a FP&A business partner or a similar
Ability to role up sleeves with the business and drive analytical thinking and metrics
Tech savvy with a relentless drive to simplify and automate; ability and passion to scale
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
Relevant experience in treasury or corporate finance
Experience in high growth VC backed Fintech companies
Experience in Fund Management environments
Strong understanding of equity compensation
Solid understanding of technology and working with product/engineering teams
