Digital Marketer (junior-medior)

Description

  • You’re responsible for our digital communication and marketing funnel from beginning to end: you translate communication goals to digital strategies, plan campaigns and monitor and report results 
  • You understand how websites work: you have knowledge of CMS, blog creation, web analytics and you ideally have some experience with Webflow
  • You develop, implement and optimise digital campaigns and manage budgets on different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, e-mail marketing, …) 
  • You measure, report and analyse campaign results in order to reach the fixed objectives (ROI and KPIs). You make sure every action is measurable in order to improve campaign efficiency and know how to create intelligible dashboards. 
  • You’re a fluent writer and know how to adapt your messages and tone of voice to different audiences 
  • You develop marketing material in collaboration with your colleagues 
  • You’re comfortable with SEO, SEA, backlinking, e-mail marketing, … 
  • You take care of our digital community management: you interact with social media followers and know how to activate and enthuse community members 
  • You conduct market research, keep a close eye on competitors and are aware of new marketing trends

Specific Requirements

  • You have some experience in the field and ideally a degree in marketing 
  • You’re a born communicator for web and social media 
  • Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and the Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) hold no secrets for you 
  • You’re fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, Dutch, French 
  • You’re motivated to contribute to strategic discussions and to implement decisions 
  • Experience with video or image editing software is a plus 
  • You have a hands-on personality and know how to manage projects 
  • You’re a creative person with analytical thinking skills 
  • You have an inquisitive mind and are eager to learn 
  • An interest in the financial sector or previous experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
