Maintain PMO data

Assist the PMO Manager with coordination, scheduling and reporting

Support project managers in the preparation of documentation

Organize trainings for Project Managers

Monitor and report various activities

Planning and executing PMO communication

Support in PMO Development tasks
Responsibilities
-
Bussiness or technical degree
-
2+ years project experience
-
Experience with MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outloock)
-
Experience with MS Project and Power BI Software is an advantage
-
Team player with good communication skills
-
Flexibility and willingness to learn new things
-
Ability to travel
-
English and German language - spoken and written
