Sales Manager

You will initiate sales opportunities with targeted enterprise-level clients to develop new business relationships.
The sales manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while identifying, pursuing and closing sales for DUX Translation’s entire suite of services.

Specific Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the localization industry
  • Interest in or previous experience in Strategic Business Development
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Good analytical skills are needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or it is equivalent
  • Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations
  • Quote, manage and bill projects daily, coordinating with clients and production teams to ensure these run smoothly and profitably
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • At least 3-7 years of sales experience
  • Sales life cycle experience from lead generation through business closing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to manage and develop a team (beneficial but not essential)
  • Ability to travel for qualified business opportunities and trade shows
