Description

As a Customer Service Representative at AWM Network, you will become an important part of a versatile and constantly evolving department. Your primary tasks will include user qualification and cross-selling, both over the phone and via e-mail.
The position will give you ample opportunity for professional development, as you will be working in close cooperation with the management and the sales department, whilst being a facilitator for possible improvements in the two departments.
Depending on your profile, there are several opportunities to grow within our company in fields like: outbound sales, prospecting, customer relations, social selling, account management, and management.

Specific Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Confident, convincing, and comfortable on the phone

  • Fluent in Danish
  • Can communicate in additional languages than the abovementioned
  • Previous sales experience
