Description

  • Lead, develop, engage and motivate the Estate Management Team
  • Manage technical administration of the end to end estate management process
  • Manage co-executor and beneficiary relationships
  • Drive strong client satisfaction scores amongst our co-executors and beneficiaries
  • Create and nurture a sales culture that assists beneficiaries with broader EQT services
  • Manage all risk and compliance obligations

Specific Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead, develop and manage people
  • Strong business acumen including the ability to make sound commercial decisions.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Background creating and maintaining a highly engaged team
  • Exceptional (client-centric) technical skills (specifically estate management), demonstrated within complex and highly regulated environments
  • Ability to interpret sections of legislation governing wills on a national basis
  • Strong technical competency within estates
