·       Will report directly to the Executive Producer and Senior Producer

·       Coordinating and executing subtitling and transcription tasks 

·       Negotiating rates with suppliers (studios, translators, linguists and more)

·       Executing video editing and on-screen text localisation tasks

·       Voice casting & auditions: submitting samples to clients, and liaise with voice talent to organise script auditions

·       Scheduling studios, voice talent and engineers as required and overseeing the production of video and audio projects.

·       Tracking project timescales

·       Tracking project budgets

·       Quality checking and delivery of video, subtitling and audio projects

·       Specific technical competence in video editing software

·       Able to work in a face-paced environment

·       Highly organised multi-tasker

·       Willing to ask questions

·       Detail oriented

·       Excellent customer service, and experience managing customer expectations

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Detailed knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Premiere and After Effects)

·       Familiarity with Pro-Tools and other audio editing software

·       Experience managing projects with multiple sub-contractors

·       Multilingual
