• Currently at a senior level or a mid-level ready to scale up
• Experience working cross functionally to execute projects
• End-to-end design ownership
• A portfolio that demonstrates clarity through journey, wireframes and prototypes, with detailed examples of interaction and its impact
• Confident with design systems and various digital software programs
• Experience mentoring and guiding more junior designers
• Experience working in the B2B space
• Ideally you have SaaS experience
• Ideally you are bi-lingual in English & German
• Ideally you have previous agency experience
