Description

Ensure all projects confirm to the ITG methodology used across development teams
-
Ensuring that development items are managed through theme led AGILE sprints to deliver iterative value to the client, within the timeframes of the plan
-
Orchestrating Project retrospective meetings, assessing how well the project was undertaken and making recommendations to management for improvement where applicable
-
Continually reviewing processes and procedures and working with the Programme Manager, PMO and Senior Management team to recommend improvements
-
Providing overall governance of all projects with the Programs for which you are responsible, including being a gating point for accurate production of documentation, agreeing communication plans, RACI and reporting protocols

Lead / chair client and internal meetings for pre-planning, discovery, servicing of client accounts and management of projects.

Provide detailed and timely updates to management/client on the outcome of the prior week and the intended plan for the next week of your projects. This includes producing, managing and distributing weekly internal and external project reports and updates.

Possess a can-do attitude that positively embraces change.

Lead on the definition of project boundaries and scope. Be able to clarify what is in and out of scope for each individual project.

Have the foresight to identify potential risks and the means to mitigate them accordingly.
Responsibilities
-
Demonstrable Project Management experience gained in an eCRM / e-commerce environment

Practical experience of managing multiple projects in parallel, utilising strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.

Practical experience of working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and display the ability to manage change whilst maintaining a clear perspective of the end goals.

An obsession with providing the best in class customer experience.

Ability to manage project commercials to ensure projects are delivered within agreed project budgets.

A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to managing and analysing projects.
