Description

For our international client in central Utrecht – a scale-up company offering very innovative digital solutions to businesses - we are currently seeking a passionate Account Manager to grow market share in English speaking markets in different continents.

The Account Manager is a part of an international Sales and Customer Success team responsible for supporting clients and customers around the world, finding new business opportunities, and the brand's success.

Key responsibilities are:

·         Managing a portfolio of client accounts by communicating and building long-term relationships (telephone or e-mail; and occasionally face to face client meetings)

·         Nurturing and onboarding potential clients from a free trial to client status

·         Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

·         Handling negotiations with a commercial mindset

·         Collaborating with the Marketing, Product and Finance teams to deliver the best solutions to clients

·         Following industry trends in order to optimize the client experience

·         Identifying new business opportunities and customer needs

·         Developing and executing a market growth strategy

-      Maintaining and updating customer information in our in-house CRM system

Responsibilities

·         1-2 years of working experience in a similar/commercial role within a B2B environment and in a digital or online marketplace company - MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT

·         Excellent level of spoken and written English

·         Experience working in English speaking markets - UK AND/OR Ireland AND/OR Australia AND/OR New Zealand AND/OR South Africa

·         Service-minded and proactive approach

·         Strong team player

·         Able to think strategically and spot opportunities for growing the business

·         Proactive and able to take initiative
