Description

Determine and define project scope, objectives and planning of the projects
-
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
-
Responsible for coordination of resources and staff
-
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
-
Ensuring projects meet deadlines and within budget
-
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
-
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
-
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
-
Designing and signing off on contracts
-
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
-
Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
-
Responsible for started new projects, reporting, reviewing and optimizing projects
-
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
-
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
-
Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
-
Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
-
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
-
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
-
Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
Responsibilities
-
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.
-
At least 3 years of delivery lead experience with hands-on experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management)

Capacity to manage high stress situations
-
Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
-
Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum/JIRA)
-

Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management and user research
-
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and management skills
Familiarity with GDPR in Europe, PDPA in Singapore will be an advantage
