Description

Lead development & implementation of a defined Channel Strategy aligned with RFS channel strategy focused on Independents
-
Lead the Regional Sales Managers in their development and implementation of Field Sales Account Plans and campaigns towards independent customers
-
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Distributors and Customer Service on new business initiatives and growth initiatives
-
Identify opportunities to make enhancements of systems and processes within our business that support the growth of those channels
-
Demonstrate and deliver on continuous improvement within the business
-
Lead strategic direction of Regional and Territory planning to ensure efficiency of the RFS Field Sales team is maximized
-
Achieve budget objectives on volume and margin with existing accounts
-
Deliver profitable new business volume in line with annual target and margin expectations
-
Manage pricing to customer basket via price book
-
Deliver new business through leading the development and implementation of new business acquisition
Responsibilities
-
Ideally some experience of working with small business owners (in food)
-
Minimum 3 years business development, project management
-
Proven sales experience in B2B or customer
-
Exceptional customer relationship skills
-
Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation
-
Tertiary qualification with a business-related endorsement
-
Bi-lingual skills would be a distinct advantage
