Description

  • Supports Financial Manager in establishing and maintaining proper cost controlling and accounting system on our special foundation construction project in Paks
  • Advises and supervises accounting for the project in allocating cost related postings to the correct cost centers and supporting the yearly financial budget plan preparation
  • Prepares weekly and monthly actual revenue and cost reports as well as forecast reports and a variance analysis
  • Calculates and prepares internal allocations amongst the different cost center on site
  • Supports the different operational teams on the project in analyzing their profit center results and recommending corrective actions to the project management
  • Prepares regular reports for project management and German headquarter in close cooperation with Financial Manager
  • Provides ad-hoc information and supporting in any cost accounting related matters to the project management

Responsibilities

  •  Degree in Finance and Accounting / Controlling
  • Experience in an international company, preferable construction and strong knowledge of cost controlling and reporting
  • Recorded experience in cost forecasting, actual variance recording and reporting
  • Excellent English language skills, communicative ability and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel and good experience in using international ERP system preferably SAP, we use SAP Business One
  • Ability to work under pressure, keep deadlines and exhibit high level of confidentiality
  • Willingness to work in multinational and multilingual environment as a team player
