Bilingual Collection Representative (Spanish)

Description

  • To build relationships with Customers and deliver excellent Customer Service while collecting and resolving outstanding issues.
  • Initiate calls to customers whose accounts are past due.
  • Address any questions regarding Customer Accounts.
  • Receive incoming and outgoing calls to resolve Customer Accounts.
  • Manage all aging accounts, reconcile billing, and credit discrepancies.
  • Take payments over the phone.
  • Flexibility in scheduling based on the business needs of the company.

Responsibilities

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of collections experience.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, excellent follow-up, detail oriented, strong research and documentation.
  • Familiarity with FCRA, FDCPA.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus.

$18.00-$20.00 Based on Experience

$2500.00 Sign on Bonus - Paid after 6 months successful employment. New Applicants Only
