Description

• Daily administrative operations for Director of Sales.
• Execution of effective sales packages for Sales Staff to offer to clients/prospects.
• Prepare and revise materials for client meetings.
• Weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
• Assist sales team with pre- and post-sale functions.
• Able to assist during in-person meetings when needed.
• Develop and maintain data base up to date, mailing lists, meeting calendars, shared folder, as required.
• Identify revenue opportunities within the advertising schedules.
• Meeting coordination and support.
• General administrative assistance, including but not limited to phone coverage, copying, filling, mail services.

Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal/no supervision.
• Able to multi-task.
• Languages: English and Spanish.
• String knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• College degree.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must be bilingual.

• Full-time position, business hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
