Description

1. Train customer to operate installed instrument to best efficiency.

2. Understand customer complain regarding performance of reagents/instrument.

3. Troubleshoot Operational issues of customer related to instrument and reagents.

4. Support customer to use installed Diagnostics instruments following safety norms and standards.

5. Support customer for their requirements related to documentation, and accreditations.

6. Troubleshoot all reagent related complaints by customer.

7. Identify customer needs and promote most suitable solution available from Market or Medikabazaar portfolio.

8. Promote and keep Medikabazaar brand at high regards.

9. Fulfill Reagent sales target through consultative selling of Reagents.

10. Ensure Medikabazaar supplied reagents are used on instruments and promote the use of same.

11. Support customer acquiring accreditations and ensure customer follows GLP.

Responsibilities
