Description

  • Perform monthly and quarterly closing for the corporate entity and its subsidiary
  • Prepare annual statutory Consolidated Financial Statements of the Corporate entity
  • Responsible and lead the annual statutory audit for the corporate entity and its subsidiary
  • Review and coordinate lodgment of annual tax return prepared by the tax agent for corporate entity and subsidiary
  • Perform annual budgeting for the Corporate entity and its subsidiary
  • Support the daily activities of cash management and accounting function of the Corporate entity and its subsidiary
  • Perform quarterly GST lodgment for the corporate entity and review the GST report for its subsidiary
  • Exposure to Transfer Pricing documentation and inter-company billing
  • Handle MAS (Monetary Authority Singapore) and AFS (Australian Financial Services License) compliance work.
  • Handle quarterly and annual submission of MAS.
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects or task assign by CEO.
  • Responsible for all human resource and running of office administrative matter
  • Liaise with outsource HR consultant in handling HR matters
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects or task assign by CEO.
  • To monitor and guide admin staff in managing administrative office related task.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a good Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Exposure to Fund Accounting/Real Estate industry
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical financial skills and good understanding of SFRS and IFRS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
  • Experience with financial accounting systems (QuickBooks, E-Front, Accpac, MYOB, Zero)
  • Positive, meticulous, strong interpersonal and communicational skills & work ethics, result oriented, take responsibility & ownership in the work performed
