We are looking to hire a leader for our design team who has prior experience in working with design teams and has worked hands on in designing user experiences for different products. Our ideal candidate will be a person who can integrate world class design methodologies into all our services and products, and is also an inspiration for our design team.

• 8+ years design experience at a tech, product-driven or a service company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience in Design, Computer Science, HCI.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints when designing for desktop applications and web apps.

• Experience with design techniques such as user research, storyboarding, information architecture, interaction models, user interfaces, and prototyping.

• Experience in usability, concept testing, other design research methods.

• Should communicate well and should have experience in handling clients and managing a team.

• Influence cross functional partners with data informed decisions & act as an end user advocate.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Self-starter, adaptable, and can thrive in an ambiguous environment.

• Help the client to understand the value of user experience and end users to their business.

• Mentor and evangelize Agile and Lean design principles.

• Make a real impact by leading and/or contributing to team members’ career growth.
