Description

Record Keeping: Responsible for all the HR files both electronic and paper;

Payroll & HRIS: Assist in processing & approving timesheet; Maintain both Payroll and HRIS records to reflect the most recent updates; Responsible for all payroll & HR reports, Track LOA & WC;

Employee Relations: Manage company events, conferences and meetings, Assist with employee relations including counseling and exit interviews;

Recruiting: Assist HR Director in posting job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, tracking metrics, preparing offer letters; conduct new hire orientations and manage the onboarding process;

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree/certificate in Human Resources, Psychology or related field required;

0-1 Year of HR specialist/generalist experience required;

Advanced MS Office suite skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint required;
-
Excellent organizational skills with documents (both digital and hard-copy) required;
-
Excellent verbal and written skills in both n both English and Chinese Mandarin languages required;
-
Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines required;
-
Experience in recruiting practices, sources and interviewing techniques preferred;
-
Experience in working in a multi-national company, or a multi-entity company preferred;

Experience in legal compliance and accounting preferred.
