Description

Carrying out system configurations, installations and upgrades.

Processing customer’s data to enable it to be imported into PoR appliactions.

Creating training plans for clients that detail who is being training, on what subject and what date.
-
Delivering professional training to clients to help them maximise the return on their investment.
-
Ensuring defined course materials are available and distributed for courses delivered, and assist Course Development with production and verification of course materials.
Responsibilities

High level knowledge of all Point of Rental Software products.

Knowledge of the Rental Industry.

Excellent communication, planning, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to effectively coach performance from others.

Patient mind for troubleshooting under pressure.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Excellent attention to detail.

Accounting Systems including, but not limited to, Datev and Sage Intacct.

Understanding of project management methodology.

Experience with mobile data devices.
