Multilingual Implementation Technician

Description

  • Carrying out system configurations, installations and upgrades.
  • Processing customer’s data to enable it to be imported into PoR appliactions.
  • Creating training plans for clients that detail who is being training, on what subject and what date.
  • Delivering professional training to clients to help them maximise the return on their investment.
  • Ensuring defined course materials are available and distributed for courses delivered, and assist Course Development with production and verification of course materials.

Responsibilities

  • High level knowledge of all Point of Rental Software products.
  • Knowledge of the Rental Industry.
  • Excellent communication, planning, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to effectively coach performance from others.
  • Patient mind for troubleshooting under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Accounting Systems including, but not limited to, Datev and Sage Intacct.
  • Understanding of project management methodology.
  • Experience with mobile data devices.
