Description

• You know Hyundai Compact Excavators inside out and are responsible for offering product support assistance to our dealers in Europe and your colleagues in other departments.

• You lead the product launch of new compact excavators in Europe.

• You are commercially aware and be responsible for setting volumes, pricing, forecasting and monitoring market share.

• You prepare manuals to support and educate our dealers for sales training.

• You organize product training sessions for sales forces and your internal colleagues.

• You propose and discuss product improvements with our headquarters in Korea.

• You lead the creation and release of Product Related Information (PRI), before distribution within the dealer network.

• You give dealers PRI to support important tenders and deals.

• You support marketing with PRI and validate brochures and technical specifications before release.

• You provide support in the pricing of machines and lead in the offering of options.

• You participate in dealer events and exhibitions.

• You initiate and follow-up on projects that improve our business and working efficiency over the different model groups.

• You monitor competitor activities and industry trends; you will be our Hyundai expert in Compact Excavators.

Responsibilities

• You have a technical or commercial degree, combined with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the heavy equipment or related industry.

• Previous experience with product marketing of large capital equipment, automotive, off-highway or agricultural equipment is an advantage.

• You have a strong interest in Product Management, combined with a technical and commercial mindset.

• You are a proactive, self-motivated and hands-on person.

• You are comfortable with speaking in front of an audience.

• Fluency in English and French is a must, German is considered a plus. Any other European language is an asset!

We offer

You will work from our offices in Tessenderlo, Belgium (or home office, if you are situated outside of Belgium) and will be expected to travel throughout Europe when required.
