Front Office Assistant

Description

  • Arranging travels consisting of flights, hotels and transportation.
  • Making applications for Visa's and other necessary documents for traveling.
  • Administrative work, such as processing invoices in SAP, placing orders and processing mail.
  • Being the first point of contact by handling the desk, the phone and incoming e-mails.
  • Supporting the Design department at events.
  • Arranging the housing for ECCO trainees and expats.
  • Managing the external catering and cleaning.
  • The representation of the meeting rooms and the canteen.

Responsibilities

  • In possession of a MBO 4 or HBO degree, preferably in hotel and event management.
  • Aware of fashion and dress accordingly.
  • Proactive, accurate and service-oriented.
  • Very familiar with all that Microsoft Office has to offer.
  • A good communicator, both in Dutch and English.
  • Flexible and able to rapidly switch between tasks.
