Junior Creative Project Manager

Description

  • Closely collaborating with the Creative Team and Senior Creative PM and by managing a diverse range of creative projects, from internal stakeholder requests to campaign development.
  • Managing optimal workflow with creatives (designers and copywriters) from briefing to final delivery of all assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality. 
  • Plan, facilitate and track continuous improvement on operational needs especially around creative production, processes and capacity,
  • Prioritizing activities across multiple projects at different stages of execution, from ideation to pre-production, production, post-production and delivery.
  • Maintaining effective communication with wider stakeholders and managing their expectations across milestones of projects.

Responsibilities

  • 1-2 years of working experience in project management and ideally experience in having worked with Creatives before.
  • Proactivity and eagerness to take ownership of your projects and your own development.
  • A structured way of working and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while managing well your own time.
  • Confidence in working on complex issues and problem-solving.
  • Openness to feedback to consistently improve the quality of your work and skillset.
  • Your impressive communication skills.
  • Your love for working in an international environment, also together with Creatives.
