Description

Closely collaborating with the Creative Team and Senior Creative PM and by managing a diverse range of creative projects, from internal stakeholder requests to campaign development.
Managing optimal workflow with creatives (designers and copywriters) from briefing to final delivery of all assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Plan, facilitate and track continuous improvement on operational needs especially around creative production, processes and capacity,
Prioritizing activities across multiple projects at different stages of execution, from ideation to pre-production, production, post-production and delivery.
Maintaining effective communication with wider stakeholders and managing their expectations across milestones of projects.

Responsibilities

1-2 years of working experience in project management and ideally experience in having worked with Creatives before.
Proactivity and eagerness to take ownership of your projects and your own development.
A structured way of working and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while managing well your own time.
Confidence in working on complex issues and problem-solving.
Openness to feedback to consistently improve the quality of your work and skillset.
Your impressive communication skills.
