Prospecting for new international customers, in accordance with the defined commercial strategy.

Development of a new portfolio

Mastering multi-channel prospecting

Updating and enrichment of the database

Reporting of your activity and analysis of the portfolio: monitoring of indicators and the action plan

Management of closing and sales contracts
-
Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and customer satisfaction.

Ensure a commercial watch (products, trends, competition, documentation).

Ensure customer follow-up after closing, loyalty and up-sell.
Responsibilities
-
Higher education Business school, with a first similar professional experience in B2B sales from 3 to 5 years minimum.

You are at least bilingual English/French

Good knowledge of the B2B market players

Strong customer culture, a sense of results and real ability to close sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are proactive, organized, dynamic and have a strong team spirit.
