Product Owner (Berlin or Madrid)

Description

  • Shape the overall product roadmap and vision with the product team
  • Work closely with our UI/UX designers on optimizing our platform
  • Oversee the team backlog, prioritize tasks and work closely with the development teams
  • Take part in building existing & new products from ideation to launch 
  • Share responsibilities within the product team including release management and company-wide communication
  • Keep the engineering team focused and work together on building solutions to customer needs. You’re comfortable being the voice of the customer and our users. (Customer Empathy/User-centric)
  • Maximize the value of the product developed by the engineering team
  • Support in cross-functional product process (Marketing, Sales, CX, Product)
  • Report to and work hand-in-hand with our Head of Product

Responsibilities

  • Experienced in product management for 2+ years (Ideally in SaaS product environment)
  • An eye for modern design and usability
  • Work experience in an agile development environment. You’re confident in navigating scrum and kanban methodologies. (Knowledge of Atlassian tools is required)
  • Outcome and data-driven and a proven record of understanding and measuring the impact of your work as a product manager
  • Experience conducting and/or supporting user research, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Experience using product analytics tools like Woopra, Mixpanel, Google Analytics etc.
  • Ownership mentality and a strong technical background (SQL, able to read code, understand code logic)
  • Fluent in English; German or Spanish are a great plus
  • Product content writing experience in HR product is a big plus
  • You have some entrepreneurial experience and know-how to make use of it on a daily basis (plus)
