Assistant Marketing Manager

Description

  • Supports the execution of campaigns by ensuring that are necessary elements are completed on time and in the most efficient way (e.g. PLM process)
  • Supports manager to develop and manage the budget at Global level – tracks marketing budget, timelines, and processes.
  • Supports in the creative development for any campaign – working alongside manager to co-ordinate (where required) photoshoots, and to liaise directly with creative agency to ensure all assets and materials are produced in line with all market needs.
  • Support the compilation and delivery of campaign presentation
  • Support manager in working with all X Functional teams (NPD, Supply Chain, IT) to deliver NPD brilliantly into markets by project managing all elements internally (whilst not responsible for NPD directly – it is our responsibility to creatively launch it in markets, and all actions associated with it).
  • Build strong relationships with country specific marketing teams and guide them to ensure best in class execution of activity across all markets
  • Proactively communicates across all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure alignment in execution by articulating the business objectives and overall impact to the business.
  • Ensure all activities that are delivered are in line with the KellyDeli values
  • Works collaboratively across the team and stakeholders by providing clear communication and constructive feedback.
  • Compile monthly marketing newsletter to foster team togetherness as a marketing team
