IT Student Assistant for MedTech start up

Description

  • Deploying new Windows PC.
  • Ensuring that Windows PCs are up to date and the latest updates are installed.
  • Administrating Office 365 – user management, protection, etc.
  • Supporting users to resolve windows related issues.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Setting up new users and preparing IT equipment for new employees.
  • General IT infrastructure / network maintenance.
  • Maintenance of the Windows server.

Responsibilities

Ideally, you are a bachelor or master's student in computer science or similar with at least one year of your studies ahead. What is most important to us is that you have a strong interest in IT and in-depth knowledge of Windows based systems.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows-related issues. 
  • Ability to support users to solve problems in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Knowledge of Synology NAS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Linux and PowerShell is a plus.
