Responsibilities

  • You are demonstrably experienced with inbound and outbound customer service;
  • Able to work in irregular shifts & weekends;
  • Working independently and flexible;
  • Comfortable with handling difficult/emotional cases;
  • Self-motivated and ambitious;
  • Professional working knowledge of the Dutch language and good English language skills are hard requirements for this position (and having Swedish and/or German language skills is a big plus!).
